Audition Terms & Conditions

• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. are the authorised organiser of Miss Divine Beauty 2024 and provides a platform for Indian citizens – female and any Nonresident Indian citizen – female with an Indian Passport!
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. wishes each one of you rise and shine however girls who stand tall as 5'4" and above born as natural female can only apply for the contest.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. believes that age is just a number and each one of you there is meant to shine on some or the other stage however we only accept entries from the age between 18 years – 28 years as on 31st December 2024.
• Divinity says love is eternal and togetherness is a blessing though your entries will only be selected if your official Marital Status is Unmarried and uses the prefix "Miss" or equivalent. Also applicant should have never been married in the past by any means and should have never given birth to any child.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. does not encourage any kind of cash dealing or any other exchange alternative in cash or kinds. We request and insist all our applicants to do not indulge in any communication relevant to the contest with any individual online or offline anytime from the registration process to crowning of the Title. Any registered participant will receive the updated official information from Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. corporate office as and when required. The event schedule is subjected to changes at the discretion of the company and cannot be held liable in any unfortunate case of non-occurrence.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. shall have all final rights on all qualifying and disqualifying matters, Board, its Directors, advisory board members, representatives, judges and employees will not be held liable for any selection and disqualification unless one is found guilty of being involved in any personal dealing outside company’s knowledge. Please note that Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. reserves all the legal rights to issue a Show cause notice to the participant and the accused.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. reserves rights to refuse any entry if found applied by any immediate family member, sponsors, any other associate responsible for the event without prior intimation.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. will not be held liable for not receiving or delayed entries for what so ever reasons including the wrongly filled forms rejected automatically.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. will not entertain entries/applicants already into a similar contact /business or contest at the time of applying. In a good faith all the applicants are suppose to be exclusive with sound mental health and no criminal record to be eligible.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible or take responsibility to pay off any expense borne by applicants to make it up to registration process or coming to audition venue.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. respects courts of Delhi to have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. fought many barriers and crossed many obstacles to make this happen for all those who fits into the Pageant selection criteria officially hence expects the same spirit from any contestant . Fill your forms to join this army should you wish to display your “Never Die” attitude, however Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any physical, mental or emotional hit or injury at any given point in time.
• Divine Group Foundation and Divine Beauty Pvt Ltd. and its directors or team members are not responsible for any fee taken by any agent in the name of selection or paricipation fee.
• Participants agrees to be on time at the shoot or event venue. Suppose, if the shoot / event starts at 10:00 am, then the participant agrees to be present at the venue at least 30 minutes before on the day of the event/audition.
• Participants agrees to keep all the information about the clients including the client’s name and remuneration details confidential.
• Miss Divine Beauty organizer will have all the rights to use participants photographs and videos for promotional and endorsement purpose.
